The nervous system doesn't respond to urgency.
It responds to safety, pacing, and repetition.
So if you're looking for a 6-week program that guarantees transformation, this isn't it.
What I offer instead:
A real relationship with your body's signals.
Support in building regulation capacity.
A practitioner who tracks what's actually happening — not what should be happening by now.
This is slow work.
That's not a warning — it's a promise.
How we work together:
Sessions are offered individually, so we can follow your nervous system's actual pace rather than a predetermined arc.
Most people find a rhythm that works for them — weekly or every other week — and we stay with that for as long as it's useful. There's no locked-in package or timeline. Your system leads.
What a session looks like:
Sessions are 60 minutes, held via video or phone.
We begin by checking in with your nervous system — not your to-do list. Where is your body right now? What are you noticing?
From there, we follow what's present. That might mean working with a somatic resource, tracking a sensation, exploring what's alive in the body around something you've been carrying, or simply learning to slow down and notice without immediately fixing.
We don't push past your window of tolerance.
We don't chase catharsis.
We work with what your system can actually integrate.
A recommended starting point:
Three-Session Foundation
If you're new to somatic work, I recommend beginning with three sessions. This gives your nervous system time to orient to the work, to me, and to what it's like to actually slow down and listen inward.
After three sessions, we'll check in about what feels useful and how you'd like to continue. No pressure, no auto-enrollment. Just an honest conversation about what your system needs next.
Investment:
Individual sessions: $175
Three-Session Foundation: $495
Before we begin:
Every new client starts with a free 30-minute consultation. This isn't a sales call. It's a chance for your nervous system to get a sense of me, for me to understand what's bringing you here, and for both of us to feel into whether this is the right fit.
Somatic work requires a certain readiness — not perfection, not having it together, but a genuine willingness to slow down and get curious about what's happening in your body. If that's where you are, I'd love to connect.
